Have your website made in London
Monkey Vision of course does not only deal with online communication: first and foremost, we are web builders and create websites. Would you like to have a website made in London? Then you have come to the right place! Give us a call or send us an e-mail and tell us you want to have a new website built in London or its surroundings. We will do the rest.
Online communication tools: what do you choose?
There is a lot of choice in online communication tools to communicate with your customers. Your choice ultimately has to do with:
- jouw beoogde publiek
zoals nieuwe, bestaande of potentiële klanten of werknemers en collega´s - your purpose
such as informing, activating or helping
We have listed a number of communication tools here: see which one best suits your audience and purpose.
Helpdesk: chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger
Is your telephone customer service currently overloaded? Then opt for chat, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. These are online programmes that allow you to handle questions quickly. An ideal way to answer standard questions that do not require too much depth.
How can you deploy it? For example, refer your customers to an FAQ page in the first place. Don't they find their answer here? Then they can contact you online using the online programmes mentioned. Is the question too in-depth for a chat? Then contact us by phone.
A chat tool can be installed on your company's website. This is useful, as customers are likely to go to your website anyway to find an answer. Are your customers proficient with social media and active followers of your Facebook page? Then you can use Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp just fine.
Want to know more about how to use online communication tools Messenger and WhatsApp for your customers? Read it in our blog: How can you use WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger as a company?
Want to have a website made in London with a chat function and/or FAQ page? We can do that for you! Feel free to contact us and let us know you want a web design with chat function.
E-mail: newsletters and e-mail marketing
Use e-mail to inform your customers all at once about important issues. With e-mail, you reach a large group in one go and you can organise all the information well and cover it in detail. Do you have information on a page on your website? Then keep the information in your e-mail a little shorter and refer to this page.
Email is ideal for informing, but it can also be a tool to get your marketing going again. Do you have a good promotion? A discount code especially to boost care workers and teachers? Then make use of e-mail marketing!
Whether you want to inform your customers or give them a nice offer: always make sure you have a good title and clear language. Of course, you do want your customers to open the e-mail at all and then read it. Need help formulating these messages? Monkey Vision not only creates websites in London, but also has the best copywriters in-house who can formulate them for you.
Teamviewer: watching your customer
Do you work a lot online anyway, but is it currently difficult to help your customers online because they have little knowledge of it themselves? Then use Teamviewer, for example. You and your customers can easily install this on your laptop or computer. If both of you have installed this programme, it is possible (after entering a matching code) to watch your customer. Meanwhile, talk to each other on the phone or via a headset and watch along on the computer. This way, you understand much better what your customer means and you solve his/her problem quickly.
Skype or Google Hangouts: hold an online meeting
Is face-to-face contact really important for you and your clients or for your colleagues? Then hold regular meetings via Skype or Google Hangouts. Maybe you already use this to keep in touch with your family, but it is also ideal for work-related contact!
Even if you can easily contact your customers, employees or colleagues by phone or e-mail, it is still advisable to skype or hang out via Google once in a while. This way, you will again see a face to the voice and mutual ties can be kept strong.
Video: tutorials and vlogs
Is it important for your company to keep your customers visually informed? Is it helpful if they have an image of answers to certain questions? Then make a video in the form of a tutorial or vlog! In a tutorial, you can show and explain something step-by-step, while a vlog lends itself better to a story or informative presentation.
It is great if you can record this with a good camera, but the video images from smartphones these days can already be of good quality. Put your phone on a tripod (or somewhere else stable) and do your story!
