How do you know which package suits your website or webshop?
We help you choose the package that suits you. Which package you need depends, for example, on the size of your website or shop, how many plug-ins or how many pages you have. We have a suitable package for every website or shop. But always a fixed amount, so it is nice and clear.
Do you really do all website or webshop maintenance for one fixed price?
Yes! For a fixed amount per month, we make sure your theme, plug-ins and common maintenance jobs are done. No matter how often you need us: just call, email or visit us as often as you like. It's all included in the fixed price.
Can I have a website created by someone else maintained by you?
Yes, you can, provided it is a WordPress website or shop! Preferably, of course, we build your website too. But if someone else has done that for you, we will check the quality of your website or webshop. If our diagnosis shows it to be necessary, we will make you an offer to make your website 'healthy' and stable again. After that, you can purchase a standard maintenance package. Does our check show that your website or web shop is already working well? Then we will take care of the maintenance for you immediately.
Can you maintain a website or webshop hosted elsewhere?
No, for optimal quality it is necessary to place both hosting and maintenance with one party. This way, we know for sure that we can do everything to keep your site or shop working optimally at all times. We can always access your website in case of an emergency and can thus guarantee that we will always meet your expectations.
How long will you fix something if it is broken?
When we say 'always', we mean 'always': we are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you have a question or a problem, we will deal with it immediately. And of course we prioritise urgent assignments: so you never have to wait long for a solution!
What does 'website maintenance' include?
By maintenance, we mean updating your website, plugins and theme. We also provide technical support if you encounter problems. And we make sure your website or webshop works well behind the scenes: so you can be sure you always have an optimal, fast and safe website or webshop!
Can I edit or add to my website myself?
Of course: your site is yours. So if you want to edit a text or photo or add a new collection, you can do that yourself in the dashboard of your site or shop. Not quite getting there or want to upload a new plugin? Let us take it off your hands: it's so easy!
What if I have done something myself and my site or shop does not work properly as a result?
Of course, it can happen that something goes wrong. You want to fine-tune your website or create a new product page. And suddenly your whole page is crooked, something is not working or your site or shop is down. Even then we will help you immediately. Contact our support team and we will make sure your website is up to scratch again very quickly!
Am I stuck with such a maintenance package?
Together, we choose the package that best suits your site. Then you close it with us. The package can be cancelled monthly, so you are not stuck with long contracts or subscriptions.
