The Pack is an entrepreneurial group that includes several companies. These include companies that make businesses such as Feature, Monkey Vision, Outer Space and various online shops such as Droomidee.. For this, we are looking for an e-commerce manager. As e-commerce manager, you are the spider in the web for the daily operation of the online shops, as well as for optimising and growing the online shops.
The position is not salaried, but there is a nice reward for the tasks you will perform! We are looking for someone who sees the position as an entrepreneurial opportunity and is keen to invest time in it. You will be a close partner of experienced entrepreneurs who will teach you all the intricacies of the business.
What will you do as E-commerce manager?
As E-commerce manager, you will have a diverse range of tasks:
- You are responsible for the daily operation of various online shops. You maintain contact with the supplier, ensure all processes run smoothly and make sure the online shops are always in tip-top order. All this with one goal in mind: a satisfied customer. Is a customer not satisfied and the customer service cannot solve the problem? Then you are ready to sort it out!
- You use your strategic insights to improve the online customer experience, conversion, customer journey and customer satisfaction. This is how you make online shops grow!
- You will scrutinise current products, look for new relevant products to complement the range and are always on the lookout for improvements.
- You switch between various parties and departments: branding, development, marketing, customer service, suppliers and logistics. You maintain an overview, set the right priorities and ensure good coordination and planning.
- You are looking for new opportunities for the future and build the E-commerce strategy accordingly.
- Any ideas for new online shops? You set these up, roll them out and follow them up. Own ideas are also welcome!
In short, you ensure the smooth functioning and further growth of the online shops!
