Account Manager Development

Within our company there are different teams: branding, marketing and development. For our development team, we are looking for an account manager. This team consists of ambitious web developers and support staff who build websites in WordPress and perform support work. What you will do as account manager development:

• As an account manager, you will be the link between the developers and all our clients, either by phone, Slack or one of our other channels.
• You will visit our clients whenever you think it is necessary. This way we strengthen the bond with our clients and get to know each other even better.
• You keep an overview of your colleagues' work. Are all tasks completed on time, deadlines met and is quality high?
• You always know what's going on at the client and keep them up to date on the work being done, the results we see and the opportunities that lie ahead. In doing so, you are always focused on the new commercial opportunities and possibilities that exist for both parties. In this, you receive advice from our specialists in each field.
• Of course, you will also be there for clients when things are not going so well. You think with them and look for opportunities and possibilities.
• You want yourself and your team to be better than yesterday every day: that's why you're not afraid to get feedback, nor are you afraid to give feedback. After all, we are a team.

You have:

• A high level of drive and energy.
• Good social skills.
• A knack for giving advice
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in managing a team/projects.
• Good communication skills and patience for your colleagues
• Good analytical skills.
• The drive to constantly perform better and get the most out of the project.
• Flexibility, because you know our online world is changing fast.
• Time to work full-time.
• Ambition, you want to take our company and development department to the next level
